It was an outstanding first weekend for South Florida teams at the FHSAA Class 2A and Class 1A  swimming and diving championships at the Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) facility in Ocala. WELLINGTON — Cardinal Newman junior wide receiver Naeshaun Montgomery had an 88-yard touchdown catch and 81-yard punt return for a score during the first half as the visiting Crusaders made a statement with a 28-7 victory against Palm Beach Central on Friday night. BOCA RATON — The Boca Raton girls volleyball team rallied to force a decisive fifth set, but fell short by two points as visiting Doral Academy escaped with a 25-15, 25-19, 18-25, 22-25, 15-13 victory in a Class 7A regional final on Wednesday night.
