State Rep. Peggy Gossett-Seidman, R-Highland Beach, won a second term Tuesday in Florida’s House District 91 race. She defeated Democratic candidate Jay Shooster. District 91 represents a large swatch of southern Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton, Highland Beach and reaching farther west toward West Boca.
