Four-star 2026 defensive lineman DeAnthony Lafayette committed to Miami on Monday evening, announcing his commitment on social media. Four-star 2026 defensive back JJ Dunnigan committed to Miami on Sunday evening, announcing his decision on social media. Donaldson and Reneau each made nine field goals, with only five combined misses, as Miami shot 59.1%. Miami will be missing a key offensive player against Syracuse on Saturday. Running back Mark Fletcher Jr. was listed as out for the game on the Hurricanes’ Thursday availability report.
